About the Role
We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Varna, Bulgaria. This is an on-site position, ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in an international work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support in German via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and product-related questions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow company procedures.
Requirements:
✅ Fluent in German (C1/C2 level)
✅ Fluent in English (B2 or higher)
✅ Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
✅ Strong problem-solving and communication skills
✅ Ability to work in rotational shifts
✅ Comfortable working on-site in Varna
