About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Czech-Speaking Digital Sales Representative to join our growing team in Krakow. In this role, you will work with business clients, helping them identify digital advertising solutions that support their growth and online presence.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy sales, digital marketing, and building strong client relationships. You will have the opportunity to work in an international environment while developing expertise in digital advertising and consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Czech-speaking business clients.
• Conduct outbound outreach to identify new sales opportunities.
• Understand customer business goals and recommend suitable digital advertising solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Deliver consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Stay informed about digital marketing trends and industry developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Czech (C1/C2 level).
• Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused approach with excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Interest in digital marketing, online advertising, and technology.
• Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Proficiency with computer applications and CRM tools.
