Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, or chat.

  • Provide support and guidance regarding products, services, and account-related questions.

  • Identify sales opportunities during inbound interactions and promote suitable solutions.

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing client accounts.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in internal systems.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful service delivery.

  • Achieve individual and team sales and performance targets.

Requirements

  • Fluent Spanish (C1/C2 level).

  • Good level of English (B2 or higher).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience in customer service, account management, or sales is a plus.

  • Ability to identify business opportunities and convert them into sales.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable working with multiple systems and tools.

Working Schedule

  • Monday – Friday

  • No weekend shifts

  • Full-time position (standard daily working hours).
