Key Responsibilities

  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

  • Native or fluent French speaker with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping customers.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position: Monday to Saturday, 7 AM to 7 PM.
