About the Role

We are looking for a Flemish-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join a dynamic team within the automotive industry. In this role, you will support customers and provide a premium service experience aligned with the standards of a luxury automotive brand.

You will act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, or other communication channels.

  • Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products and services.

  • Deliver a premium customer experience consistent with luxury brand standards.

  • Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective problem resolution.

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and overall service quality.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Flemish (C2 level) and good English communication skills.

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is required.

  • Experience working with premium or luxury brands is considered an advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently.
