About the Role

We are looking for a Danish-speaking Junior Customer Support Specialist to join a fast-growing international team based onsite in Barcelona. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Danish.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and procedures.

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

  • Maintain detailed and clear records of customer interactions in the internal system.

  • Collaborate with team leaders and other departments when needed.

  • Follow company guidelines, quality standards, and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Danish (C1+ level).

  • Good level of English for internal communication.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and professionalism.

  • Ability to work onsite in Barcelona.

  • Previous customer support experience is a plus but not mandatory (entry-level friendly).
