About the Role
We are looking for a Danish-speaking Junior Customer Support Specialist to join a fast-growing international team based onsite in Barcelona. Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Danish.

Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and procedures.

Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Maintain detailed and clear records of customer interactions in the internal system.

Collaborate with team leaders and other departments when needed.

Follow company guidelines, quality standards, and KPIs.
Requirements

Native or fluent Danish (C1+ level).

Good level of English for internal communication.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and professionalism.

Ability to work onsite in Barcelona.

Previous customer support experience is a plus but not mandatory (entry-level friendly).
