About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is fluent in German and English to join our dynamic and multicultural team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance via phone, email, or chat. You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in German and English.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

  • Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions to customer problems.

  • Record and track customer interactions in the internal system.

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex cases.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (C1+) and English (B2+) – both written and spoken.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is an advantage.
