About the Role

We are looking for a Hebrew-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Tallinn. You will support customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Hebrew via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate, efficient, and empathetic support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Escalate complex cases to internal teams when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service in line with company procedures.

Requirements

  • Language skills:
    • Native or C1/C2 level in Hebrew.
    • Minimum B2 level in English (written and verbal).
  • Full-time availability.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail.
  • Must already be based in Tallinn
