Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Hungarian + English)

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts)
  • 08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 18:00
  • 2 rotational days off per week

Note: At a later stage (to be confirmed by the client), the project may transition to a 24/7 schedule with rotational shifts.

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Hungarian-speaking Customer Service Representative with strong English skills to join our international team in Lisbon. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to customers of a leading e-commerce platform, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

You will assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, and services.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
  • Stay knowledgeable and passionate about leading e-commerce products and service standards.
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate and efficient solutions.
  • Handle high volumes of contacts during promotional periods and peak seasons.
  • Escalate complex cases when necessary and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems.

Requirements

  • Fluent Hungarian and good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong customer service skills and communication abilities.
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and maintain a positive attitude with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and rational decision-making.
  • Good understanding of e-commerce environments and online platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage peaks in contact volumes.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts including weekends.
