Job Title: Content Moderator (Hungarian + English)

Work Schedule

• 24/7 operation – Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts)
• 3 Rotational Shifts:
  • 07:00 – 16:00
  • 14:00 – 23:00
  • 22:30 – 07:30
• Days Off: 2 rotational days per week

Job Overview

We are looking for a Hungarian-speaking Content Moderator with strong English skills to join our international team in Lisbon. In this role, you will review and moderate online content to ensure it complies with platform policies and community guidelines. Your work will help maintain a safe, respectful, and trustworthy online environment for users.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and standards.
• Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, or non-compliant content.
• Make accurate moderation decisions based on established guidelines.
• Maintain high-quality standards while working with large volumes of content.
• Handle increased queue volumes during promotional periods and peak seasons.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent policy enforcement.

Requirements

• Fluent Hungarian and good command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong moderation and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make rational and fair decisions based on guidelines and policies.
• Strong customer service mindset, empathy, and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and online environments.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts including nights and weekends.
