Key Responsibilities

Provide support and guidance to customers in Dutch and English

Handle inquiries through email, chat, and phone

Identify and resolve customer issues effectively

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

Deliver a professional and friendly service experience

Collaborate with internal departments when needed
Requirements
✅ Native or fluent Dutch
✅ Good command of English
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Customer-oriented mindset
✅ Ability to work rotational schedules including weekends
✅ Eligible to relocate or already based in Greece (Remote possible if applied before 12/10)
