🌟 About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Lithuanian-speaking Customer Service Specialist with good English skills to join our remote team based in Braga. In this role, you will support customers by providing high-quality service and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and/or chat

• Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product-related questions

• Deliver accurate and timely information

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

• Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions

• Follow company procedures and service standards

• Native or fluent Lithuanian and good level of English

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Meal allowance: €7.63 per working day

• Position bonus (Braga): €20 every 12 months
