Job Title: Junior Customer Support – Russian Speaking

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Customer Support representative fluent in Russian to join our team in Bucharest. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are eager to start a career in customer support and deliver outstanding service to our clients.

  • Native or fluent Russian (C1–C2) with good English communication skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and entertain an audience.

  • Confident on-camera presence and comfortable working in a live studio environment.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to create a fun and interactive experience for viewers.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact naturally with online audiences.

  • Ability to maintain high energy and professionalism during live sessions.

  • Comfortable following scripts, procedures, and game rules while presenting.

  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.

  • Previous experience in customer service, acting, hosting, presenting, or entertainment is considered an advantage.

  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Optional (Nice-to-have)

  • Experience in live streaming, broadcasting, or media production.

  • Background in performing arts, hospitality, or entertainment.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced studio environment.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Russian (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

  • Basic proficiency in English is a plus.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a customer support role.

  • Availability to work onsite in Bucharest in a 24/7 schedule, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
