We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international support team based in Greece. In this role, you will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, providing high-quality support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support and guidance to customers in Dutch and English

  • Handle inquiries through email, chat, and phone

  • Identify and resolve customer issues effectively

  • Collaborate with internal departments when needed

Requirements
