Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support in Slovenian and English via phone, email, and live chat for travel-related inquiries.
- Assist customers with booking services (flights, hotels, car rentals, etc.) and provide information on travel policies and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve travel-related issues, such as changes, cancellations, and refunds.
- Offer tailored travel solutions and alternatives based on customer preferences.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional responses.
- Keep up-to-date with the travel industry trends and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Fluent Slovenian speaker with English proficiency (B2).
- Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
- Comfortable using multiple channels (phone, email, chat) to assist customers.
- Passion for travel and helping customers with travel-related inquiries.
