  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Slovenian speaker with English proficiency (B2).
  • Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
  • Comfortable using multiple channels (phone, email, chat) to assist customers.
