About the Role

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international customer support team based on-site in Umhlanga. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support while ensuring a professional and customer-focused experience across all interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German.

  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and empathetic support.

  • Escalate complex issues in line with internal procedures.

  • Accurately document customer interactions using CRM systems.

  • Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.

  • Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Fluent German (C2/native level).

  • English B2 level or higher.

  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification is essential.

  • Previous customer service or contact centre experience is preferred.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Relocation & Support Package

  • 1x local flight to Durban prior to start date.
