About the Role
We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international customer support team based on-site in Umhlanga. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support while ensuring a professional and customer-focused experience across all interactions.
Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German.

Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and empathetic support.

Escalate complex issues in line with internal procedures.

Accurately document customer interactions using CRM systems.

Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.

Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Requirements

Fluent German (C2/native level).

English B2 level or higher.

Matric / Grade 12 qualification is essential.

Previous customer service or contact centre experience is preferred.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
