Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Entry Level) – Taiwanese Speaker

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates and entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Work closely with internal teams when escalation is required

Requirements:

  • Must be a native Taiwanese speaker
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be locally based (no relocation support provided)
  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree for Employment Pass (EP) process

Working Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • Saturday to Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Divided into 2 rotational shifts
  • 5 working days, 2 days off
