About the Role

We are seeking a motivated German-speaking Customer Support Representative to join a global customer experience team. This fully-remote role is based in Turkey and involves providing high-quality support to customers through calls, chat, and email, ensuring a smooth and positive service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in German and English across various communication channels

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries and technical questions

  • Handle complaints and escalate when necessary

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions

  • Ensure a high-quality support experience and customer satisfaction

  • Follow company procedures and performance standards

Requirements

✅ Native or fluent German
B1 level English
✅ Excellent communication and customer-service skills
✅ Problem-solving mindset & patience
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced & structured environment
✅ Able to work late-night shifts (5–10 days per month)
✅ Currently residing in Turkey & able to work remotely

Working Schedule

🕒 Summer Schedule

  • 10:00 – 19:00

  • 17:00 – 02:00

🕒 Winter Schedule

  • 11:00 – 20:00

  • 18:00 – 03:00

📌 Late shifts required between 5 and 10 days per month

Salary & Benefits


🌙 Night & Attendance Bonus:

  • First 2 months: Fixed 5,000 TL / month
