About the Role
We are seeking a motivated German-speaking Customer Support Representative to join a global customer experience team. This fully-remote role is based in Turkey and involves providing high-quality support to customers through calls, chat, and email, ensuring a smooth and positive service experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in German and English across various communication channels

Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries and technical questions

Handle complaints and escalate when necessary

Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions

Ensure a high-quality support experience and customer satisfaction

Follow company procedures and performance standards
Requirements
✅ Native or fluent German
✅ B1 level English
✅ Excellent communication and customer-service skills
✅ Problem-solving mindset & patience
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced & structured environment
✅ Able to work late-night shifts (5–10 days per month)
✅ Currently residing in Turkey & able to work remotely
Working Schedule
🕒 Summer Schedule

10:00 – 19:00

17:00 – 02:00
🕒 Winter Schedule

11:00 – 20:00

18:00 – 03:00
📌 Late shifts required between 5 and 10 days per month
Salary & Benefits
🌙 Night & Attendance Bonus:

First 2 months: Fixed 5,000 TL / month
