Business Development Representative – Dutch 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media.

  • Engage with potential customers in Dutch and English to introduce products or services.

  • Research target accounts to understand key decision-makers and business needs.

  • Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to develop and execute prospecting strategies.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and pipeline goals.

  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions and maintain strong product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (C1) and English (B2+) – both written and spoken.

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation is a strong advantage.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proactive, results-driven, and resilient mindset.

  • Ability to understand client needs and tailor your approach accordingly.

  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model (partly from the office, partly from home).

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
