Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with product-related questions, service inquiries, and account issues
  • Resolve customer complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain customer records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and procedures
  • Deliver customer service in line with the company's standards and policies

Requirements:

  • Fluent speaker of German  (required)
  • Good level of English (written and spoken) for internal communication
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts and meet customer needs
