Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Entry Level) – Mandarin Speaker

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently
  • Resolve customer issues while ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
  • Escalate complex cases to the relevant department when necessary
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have C1 Mandarin level
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be locally based (no relocation support provided)

Working Schedule:

  • Rotational Shift 24/7
  • 5 working days, 2 days off
