Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and fluent German speakers with previous customer service experience to join our team as Customer Support Representatives. This remote position based in Portugal offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:

- Process insurance policy administration or cancellation requests and re-issue policy documentation as necessary.

- Identify, investigate, and escalate complex issues, prioritizing urgent and sensitive matters appropriately.

- Professionally and promptly manage complex complaints, demonstrating good mediation skills.

- Act as a mediator between hosts & guests for reservation concerns, ensuring the best possible outcome for all parties involved.

- Take ownership of user issues, concerns, and queries until resolution or escalation.

- Handle responsible losses with empathy and adhere to standard workflows.

- Recognize product and process issues affecting our community, providing reports and feedback.

- Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on client systems.


Requirements

- Fluent in German 

- Previous customer service experience is mandatory.

- Good mediation skills preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.

- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
