About the job German Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary resource for the sales teams and provide key advisory support.

Assist sales teams in building, maintaining, and advancing sales stages/pipeline to meet required opportunity closure ratios.

Close deals for designated target accounts within a specified region and leads generated through the SMB team.

Achieve or exceed assigned targets through successful ownership and closure of sales deals.

Conduct planned outbound calls/campaigns to defined target accounts, focusing on growth through upselling or introducing new solutions.

Perform cold calling and handle inbound sales activities, including phone calls and email inquiries from potential customers.

Utilize excellent sales skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries or concerns professionally.



Requirements:

Prior experience in sales, specifically through phone and email channels.

Demonstrated ability in cold calling.

Excellent customer support skills with a focus on delivering outstanding service.

2-4 years of customer support/sales experience (minimum 6 months of B2B sales experience).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.

Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Fluent in German.

Demonstrated command of product knowledge and various applications of the product (Tech-savvy individual).


Relocation Package:

- 3 weeks accommodation in a hotel close to the office (after which no assistance with real estate agencies is provided).

- Up to 300 support for individuals moving from abroad (1st payment).

- Legal support with hiring documents (candidates need to gather and provide the required documents).


Benefits:

- 14 salaries (12 monthly + 1 on Easter + 1 split in Summer and Christmas).

- Working hours: 40h per week (8 hours per day / 5 days a week).
