job Description:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for car hire inquiries, handling customer queries including general enquiries, cancellations, and amendments. You will respond to consumer inquiries and questions via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring accurate data input of consumer feedback on the customer services database.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Higher is preferred
- Fluent French
- Good level of English - min B1 (training might be in ENG)
- Upbeat and positive demeanor (as customers may call when issues arise)
- Previous experience in any customer-facing role
- Hospitality or Car Rental experience is preferable
- Passionate about customers
relocation Package:
- Accommodation in a great hotel close to the office for 3 weeks
