We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative, based in the heart of Bulgaria's vibrant city center. This role offers the opportunity for growth and development within the travel industry.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Answer Inquiries: Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

2. Resolve Issues: Address customer concerns and issues with empathy and professionalism, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible.

3. Ensure Satisfaction, offer Guidance, Analyse Issues.


Profile - Must Have:

- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with a focus on active listening.

- Fluency in Dutch, both written and verbal.

- Working proficiency in English.

- Previous work experience in the travel, airline, hospitality, or similar industry is advantageous.

- Experience in a customer experience center is preferred.

Workplace:

- Initial 3-month training period in the office from 9:00 to 18:00.

- Eligible for hybrid work arrangements after the 6th month, based on performance.

Benefits:

- 14 nights in a city center hotel with breakfast included.

- Reimbursement of travel expenses up to 490 BGN after 6 months.
