job Description:

As a Customer Service Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for car hire inquiries, handling customer queries including general enquiries, cancellations, and amendments. You will respond to consumer inquiries and questions via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring accurate data input of consumer feedback on the customer services database. Troubleshooting through the use of open questions, support documents, and system training will be essential, as well as offering recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or Higher is preferred
- Fluent German
- Good level of English - min B1 (training might be in ENG)
- Good Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Familiar with Technology
- Upbeat and positive demeanor (as customers may call when issues arise)
- Previous experience in any customer-facing role
- Hospitality or Car Rental experience is preferable
- Passionate about customers

relocation Package
:
- Accommodation in a great hotel close to the office for 3 weeks
