Position: Dutch Travel Advisor

Position Overview:

As a Dutch Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients who are planning their next trip. You will use your knowledge of the travel industry to assist clients in booking flights, accommodations, and other travel arrangements. You will also be responsible for handling inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the booking process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients in Dutch to understand their travel needs and preferences

- Use your knowledge of the travel industry to provide recommendations and create customized travel itineraries

- Book flights, accommodations, and other travel arrangements for clients

- Handle inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the booking process

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide the best possible service to clients

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless booking process for clients

- Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the company

Requirements:

- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken

- Previous experience in the travel industry or customer service is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Knowledge of travel booking systems and procedures is an asset

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of inquiries

- Passion for travel and providing exceptional customer service

- Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as required
