Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and fluent Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join our team in Portugal. This role involves providing excellent customer service to clients, handling inquiries related to insurance policies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Receive and handle telephone calls from clients seeking information about their insurance policies.

- Redirect phone calls to appropriate staff internally to ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries.

- Proactively reach out to customers whose requests may not be clear or to provide updates on their policy status.

- Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have, ensuring a positive experience.


Requirements:

- Fluent in Dutch 

- Previous customer service experience is mandatory.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (weekends off).


Additional Benefits:

- Accommodation: A room with rent of 280 per month available for 12 months, if needed.

- Flight Ticket Refund: Eligible for a refund of 400 towards the flight ticket cost after 6 months of employment.


Monday to Friday schedule with weekends off.
