Join our client as a Customer Care & Recall Agent in Lisbon. This on-site role involves providing essential customer and recall support, managing cases, and ensuring customer satisfaction, utilizing your Flemish and English language skills.

Requirements:
- Fluent/native-level proficiency in Flemish.
- Fluent/native-level proficiency in English.
- Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal, or able to relocate independently without company support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive customer support.
- Handle recall support inquiries.
- Manage customer cases effectively.
