About the Position

As a Portuguese-Speaking Agent, you will support a leading global technology environment focused on artificial intelligence, online advertising, and search technology.

Your role will involve analyzing search queries and evaluating online content to determine how well search results match user intent. Your work will contribute to improving search quality and supporting the development of machine learning systems used by millions of people worldwide.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop specialized knowledge in digital marketing, SEO, search evaluation, and online advertising within an international team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate online content to determine its relevance and quality within industry, cultural, and market contexts.
• Reproduce search queries and assess how accurately search results match the intended user query.
• Classify search results according to their relevance and intent.
• Extract and review online content to ensure logical and meaningful relevance.
• Write, review, and optimize advertising text and extensions.
• Implement required changes while following established quality guidelines.
• Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to improve search and advertising quality.
• Develop specialized knowledge of search result evaluation processes.
• Apply cultural and market awareness when evaluating content.
• Follow established procedures and quality standards consistently.

Requirements

• Native-level or C1 proficiency in Portuguese.
• C1 proficiency in English for training, internal communication, and resources.
• 6–12 months of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Good PC skills, including internet applications, browsers, and spreadsheets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed guidelines.
• Cultural awareness and understanding of different markets.
• Basic knowledge of marketing or SEO concepts is an advantage.
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
