Cross Border Talents is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Porto, Portugal, supporting customers of a leading car rental brand.

What will you do?

• Assist customers with car rental inquiries and reservations via phone, email and messaging.
• Provide personalized support before, during and after the rental process.
• Answer questions about rental options, policies and additional services.
• Recommend relevant services based on customer needs.
• Handle post-rental inquiries, including invoices and damage-related concerns.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

What are we looking for?

• Fluent French - mandatory
• Good command of English - mandatory
• Previous experience in customer service or a contact centre is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Confidence in using digital tools and platforms.
• Sales skills and the ability to identify opportunities to recommend additional services.
• Ability to handle challenging situations professionally.

Location & Working Conditions

• Location: Porto, Portugal
• Work model: On-site
• Contract: 6 months
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotational shifts between 07:00 and 18:00
• Weekends: Off
