About the position

Cross Border Talents is seeking a dedicated Marketing Customer Service professional to join our client in Lisbon, Portugal. This on-site role involves providing support in French and English, focusing on customer satisfaction within a dynamic marketing environment.

Additional information

• Relocation package includes access to accommodation in a shared apartment with other employees for a maximum period of 12 months. Utilities are included, with the accommodation cost deducted directly from the employee's monthly payslip.
• Meal Allowance (net) of 7.63€ per working day.
• Attendance Bonus of 120€ per months.
• Working Hours & Schedule: Hours: 10:00 to 19:00 (Lisbon time)
• Schedule: Initial schedule: Monday to Sunday, 07:00 to 19:00, with two shifts (07:00 – 16:00 / 10:00 – 19:00). Future schedule (TBC): 24/7, Monday to Sunday with rotative shifts and 2 rotative days off.

Requirements

• Fluent in French and English.
• Mandatory experience in paid campaign management.
• A degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in a Contact Centre or Service program for an Advertising Tech company.
• Fluency with social media products usage and a basic understanding of digital advertising.
• Strong customer service-oriented skills.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member, as well as independently.
