Job Summary

Are you a native Polish speaker looking for a remote or on-site career opportunity based in Portugal? We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries regarding pet supplies, providing friendly, high-quality support via communication channels using your Polish and English language skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients via email, chat, and phone.
• Assist customers with order status updates, product inquiries, returns, and general support regarding pet care supplies.
• Troubleshoot customer issues promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account details within the support CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service processes and response times.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Native or C2-level Polish and professional working fluency in English.
• Customer Focus: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an empathetic, customer-first attitude.
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to navigate multiple software applications and CRM systems efficiently.
• Work Setup: Must be based in Portugal with a quiet, home-office environment suitable for remote work.
