Customer Service Representative – Diabetes Medical Devices

Location: Porto. Portugal.

Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday - 24/7

(Rotative shifts) Days Off - 2 Rotative days

Night Shift (22:00 to 07:00)

Salary: 1000€ per 14 months .

Complexity Bonus: Food Allowance / 7.63€ per working day

(No Relocation support provided.)

Language: Fluent, verbal and written, in job language (Italian + C1 in English.)

Additional Job Information:

Ability to support more than one market simultaneously.

Background in healthcare or technical support is a plus.

Knowledge of diabetes or medical devices.

Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.

Proven ability to retain and manage large amounts of information.

High problem solving and priority skills.

Detail oriented and organization skills.

Stress management.

Good temper to handle disputes and emergencies.

Active listening and empathy to solve client´s issues.

Welcome Bonus - This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment: Italian- 1200€.

- Expired Work Visa (Type D) + AIMA Appointment Already Attended + NIF
