Moving to Greece? Relocation support is included for remote positions.

What you'll do

• Help Dutch-speaking customers by phone, chat and email
• Handle orders, deliveries, exchanges, invoices and complaints
• Troubleshoot products, devices and digital services
• Process refunds and claims, and follow every case through

What we're looking for

• Native or C1 Dutch
• English at B2 level or higher
• A quiet workspace and a stable internet connection
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
• Calm, friendly and solution-oriented
• Based in Greece or ready to move there
