We are looking for a French & English-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team in Porto.
Requirements
Fluent in French and English
Previous Customer Service/Contact Centre experience preferred
Strong communication and sales skills
Good digital skills
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
