We are looking for Portuguese-speaking professionals to join an international team in Athens as Content Integrity Agents.

In this role, you will help maintain a safe and positive online environment by reviewing user-generated content, investigating policy violations, and supporting users with account-related questions and payments.

Main responsibilities

• Review user-generated content according to community guidelines and policies
• Investigate reports related to abuse, harassment, and other violations
• Support users through chat, email, and outbound calls
• Handle account-related queries and payment questions
• Identify and escalate complex cases and policy gaps
• Adapt to different workflows and content types, including potentially sensitive material
• Contribute to a safe and positive online experience

Requirements

• Native-level or C1 Portuguese
• B2 or C1 English, depending on the workflow
• 1–3 years of experience in customer support, BPO, content moderation, or a similar role
• Experience in B2C, technology, or gaming support is an advantage
• Strong decision-making and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent written communication and problem-solving abilities
• High cultural awareness
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing workflows
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute with 85% accuracy
• Familiarity with online community standards and content policies
• Understanding of user idioms and pop culture is an advantage

Working conditions

• Location: Athens, Greece
• Work model: On-site
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts
• Working hours: 09:00–17:00
• Contract: 8 months
• Relocation: Not included
