Your role

- Support users and businesses via chat and email

- Troubleshoot account access and billing questions

- Guide customers on how to use AI products

What you need

- English at C1 level or higher

- Tech-savvy, with a real interest in AI

- Experience in customer service or tech support

- Day shifts only: between 07:00 and 22:00, Monday to Sunday

- Living in Lisbon or nearby, with the right to work in Portugal
