What you'll do

• Help German-speaking customers by phone, email and chat
• Diagnose and fix issues with devices, apps and online services
• Guide customers step by step to a clear solution
• Escalate complex cases to specialist teams and follow up
• Document every case in the CRM system

What we're looking for

• Native or C1 German
• English at B2 level or higher
• Interest in technology and good computer skills
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
• Patient, logical and solution-oriented
• Based in Greece or open to relocating
