I am looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide friendly and efficient customer service via phone and email. The role involves answering customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues related to orders, deliveries, payments, and returns, assisting external sellers, providing information about digital products, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments.

Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle inquiries related to orders, payments, deliveries, and returns.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team and adapt to a rotational shift schedule.
