About the Role

We are looking for Dutch-speaking Content Moderators to support a global online project in Lisbon.

The role focuses on maintaining content safety and quality in a structured on-site environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review online content and support content quality
• Apply sound judgment during moderation activities
• Manage periods of increased queue volume
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach

The original JD provides limited task-level detail beyond managing peak queue volumes, so I would avoid adding more specific moderation activities unless CBT provides additional information.

Schedule

24/7 rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday, including:
07:00–16:00 / 14:00–23:00 / 22:30–07:30

Two rotational days off per week.
