Cross Border Talents is looking for an Outbound Sales Agent to join an international digital project in Lisbon.

If you're confident with cold calling, know how to build relationships with potential clients and enjoy working towards ambitious targets - this could be your next opportunity!

What will you do?

You'll connect with potential new clients through outbound calls, help them complete the sign-up process and get them engaged with the platform.

Your role will include:

Making outbound calls to potential clients
Working towards sales targets and managing a sales pipeline
Understanding client needs and presenting the right solutions
Building strong relationships with potential customers
Handling objections and turning challenges into opportunities
Working with CRM and managing leads throughout the sales process
Using consultative selling and digital marketing knowledge to identify opportunities

What are we looking for?

• 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales and/or digital marketing
• Proven sales track record
• Comfortable with cold calling
• Target-driven mindset
• Experience working with a CRM and sales pipeline
• Strong communication and questioning skills
• Consultative selling approach
• Good understanding of digital marketing and digital media
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Ability to identify business opportunities and influence decision-makers
• Strategic and commercial mindset
• English — C1 or higher

What do we offer?

Lisbon, Portugal
Full-time - 40 hours/week
Around 15 working days of training, 8 hours/day, in English
Up to 22 days of annual leave
