Schedule

Initial schedule: Monday to Sunday, 07:00–19:00, with two shifts:

• 07:00–16:00
• 10:00–19:00

Future schedule: To be confirmed. The position may transition to 24/7 Monday-to-Sunday rotational shifts, with 2 rotational days off.

About the Position

Join an international team in Lisbon as a Portuguese & English-speaking Customer Service professional.

In this on-site role, you will support customers with their needs, provide high-quality assistance, and manage customer interactions in both Portuguese and English.

You will work in a dynamic Advertising Technology environment, helping customers while ensuring a professional, efficient, and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Portuguese and English
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Assist customers with advertising-related products and services
• Manage customer interactions across relevant support channels
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions
• Follow established procedures, policies, and quality standards
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Work effectively in a fast-paced international environment
• Adapt to changing processes, products, and customer needs

Requirements

• Fluent in Portuguese and English
• Previous experience in paid campaign management
• Experience in Digital Marketing
• Experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service environment, preferably within Advertising Technology
• Familiarity with social media products
• Basic understanding of digital advertising
• Strong customer-service orientation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work rotational shifts
