Cross Border Talents is looking for an Customer Support Specialist to join an international project in Lisbon.

This is more than a traditional customer support role. You'll be supporting users of an innovative AI platform, helping them solve technical and account-related issues and get the most out of AI-powered products.

If you have a background in Technical Support, IT Support or Tech Customer Support, you're comfortable troubleshooting problems and you're tech-savvy, this could be your opportunity to take the next step in your career.

What you'll do

• Provide technical and customer support via phone, email and chat
• Troubleshoot account access and technical issues
• Support customers with billing and invoicing questions
• Guide and educate users on how to use AI-powered products
• Provide clear, accurate and timely solutions
• Maintain a high standard of customer experience and service quality

Who we're looking for

• Previous Technical Support / IT Support / Tech Customer Support experience - required
• Strong interest in technology and AI
• Tech-savvy mindset and confident ability to troubleshoot
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn new technologies and products quickly
• Customer-focused approach
• English - C1 or higher

Working conditions

• Lisbon, Portugal
• Full-time - 40 hours/week
• 8 hours per day + 1-hour lunch break
• Day shifts between 07:00 and 22:00
• Monday to Sunday, rotational schedule
• 22 days of annual leave
• Holiday and Christmas bonuses
