Join our client as a Customer Service Specialist (CSS) in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves providing support to customers, leveraging your native-level proficiency in Taiwanese Mandarin and English.

Additional information

• Work from home for the first month until your visa is approved.
• Upcoming start dates: 26/11/2026; 26/12/2026.
• Working Hours & Schedule: 5 days a week with 2 days off; shifts between 9 AM and 10 PM on weekdays, and 9 AM and 6 PM on weekends.

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Taiwanese Mandarin.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Basic Customer Service knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree (required for employment pass processing).
