About the position

Join our client as a Customer Service professional, where you will be instrumental in supporting clients with their needs. This on-site role in Lisbon, Portugal, involves engaging with customers in Portuguese and English, ensuring a high level of service.

Additional information

• Welcome Bonus: €1,000 – paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year.
• Quarter Bonus: Food Allowance / 7.63€ per working day.
• Attendance Bonus: 40€ per 11 months.
• Working Hours & Schedule: Hours: 10:00 to 19:00 (Lisbon time)
• Schedule: Initial schedule: Monday to Sunday, 07:00 to 19:00, with two shifts (07:00 – 16:00 / 10:00 – 19:00). Future schedule (TBC): 24/7, Monday to Sunday with rotational shifts and 2 rotational days off.

Requirements

• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Previous experience in paid campaign management.
• Experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in a Contact Centre or Service program for an Advertising Technology company.
• Fluency in social media product usage and a basic understanding of digital advertising.
• Strong customer service-oriented skills.
• Availability to work rotational shifts.
