What we offer

• Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, weekends always off
• Monthly performance bonus of €175
• Monthly attendance bonus of €75
• Meal allowance of €7.63 net per working day

What you'll do

• Help Italian-speaking customers with their questions and requests
• Find clear solutions and make sure each customer is satisfied
• Keep accurate records of every contact

What we're looking for

• Fluent Italian
• Good English
• Friendly and helpful communication style
• Based in Lisbon or open to relocating
