About the role
Join an international customer support team based in Chania, Crete, supporting customers of a leading European online fashion and beauty retailer. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping with their questions and ensuring a smooth and positive shopping experience for millions of users across Europe.

• Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts (1–2 per month)
• Rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00 — no night shifts

Requirements

• Native-level Danish
• EU citizenship or a valid work and residence permit
• Minimum 12 years of education
• Customer service, retail or e-commerce experience is a plus
• Availability to work on bank holidays
