German-Speaking Customer Service – Digital Advertising | Lisbon

The role
You'll support advertisers in German and English, helping them manage and optimise their paid campaigns and get the most out of their digital advertising.

Schedule
Monday to Sunday, two shifts between 07:00 and 19:00 (07:00–16:00 / 10:00–19:00). In the future, the schedule may move to 24/7 with rotating shifts and 2 rotating days off.

What we're looking for
Native German and fluent English
Experience managing paid campaigns (mandatory)
Degree in Marketing or a related field
Digital marketing experience and a good understanding of social media advertising
Contact centre or support experience for an ad-tech company is a big plus
Strong customer service skills, both independently and in a team
EU citizenship or a valid work and residence permit
