Schedule: Rotational shifts, Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM
Relocation: No relocation support available
Location Requirement: Candidates must already be based in Lisbon, Portugal.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Team Leader to lead and support a team in an international working environment.

In this role, you will help ensure smooth daily operations, support team performance, and contribute to a positive and productive workplace.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in Dutch.
• Fluent in English.
• Currently based in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Comfortable working on-site.
• Available to work rotational shifts from Monday to Saturday.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
